The calves have a slow desolving pellet injected under the skin of their ears when branded Yep I'm sorry to say I was one of the people doing that job, I didn't know better at that time. Look at old photos and movies most people were thin, women had smaller Breasts and children did not reach puberty at as early an age as they do today. Today's milk is loaded with steroids injected into the milk cows to produce more milk. It's all about money and cancer is a big money maker.

  23. These are all lies. I am a healthy male with no health issues and only a few pounds over weight. For one month I only ate fruits and vegetables as everyone says you can live a healthier life and lose weight. I only drank water during this month. All the food was either raw or boiled and I never added spices like salt, sugar or oil. I didn't add any additional exercises but at the end of the month, I gained 4 pounds. My blood work showed a high level of sugar and the doctor advised me to stop the diet and I was not getting the nutrition my body needed.

Be very careful consuming too much as your main source of protein. Becoming estrogen dominate is not healthy for males and can become an issue for females, especially pre-pubescent. Apples are very high in fructose that goes straight to your liver. Too much sugar in the liver can lead to fatty liver disease. It also spikes your insulin which is nit healthy. Ever noticed how hungry you get after eating an apple? Too much fruit can actually cause you to gain weight because your body converts fructose to glucose and be stored as fat. Beet leaves are an excellent source of potasium, which helps regulate insulin. The beet is however full of sugar. Eat in moderation. Potatoes are full of starch and are broken down easily. Full of carbs, you cannot eat as many potatoes or sweet potatoes as you want and not gain weight. Eggs are a great source of protein and healthy fats. The healthy fats are what keeps you satisfied between meals.
