    Day 1: ✔️ was really hard since I haven't exercises for a while…

    Day 2: ✔️ I was little sore but I actually got through everything

    Day 3: ✔️ I ate some fast food, which I regret, and this time it was harder to finish

    Day 4: ✔️ it felt easier, and I feel that I did it more correctly this time

    Day 5:❌ I was very busy, and didn't get back home till late 🙁

  5. aight im gonna do this one for real now LOL

    day 1: hella out of shape, i couldn't do a few of the exercises and my abs were bURNING
    – i lost 0.5kg somehow ??

    day 2: my abs ached from day 1, BUT today was much easier and I did all the exercises 😀

    day 3: similar to day 2 🙂 I lowkey wanted to skip today but still made myself do it because I've been putting off abs for so long

    day 4: complete! i put it off to later in the day, but i still did it :))

  6. I was going to comment saying that I’m going to do this and keep an update but I wanted to make sure I was ACTUALLY going to do this because I usually end up getting lazy. This is day four for me, I’ll give u guys updates now.

    Day 4: I can already actually see a difference. ten minutes go by pretty fast but to be totally honestly they still hurt doing them ALOT. Be prepared for that.
    ( I also don’t do the side plank ones because I simply just can’t do them so if you do skip an exercise just make sure to double the time on another one)
    Day 5: still hurts a lot, but I truly feel like the 10 minutes go by pretty fast.

  8. 2019 was a hard year for me, for several reasons i end up gaining 10kg because of stress.
    At the beginning of 2020 i promised myself that this is going to be 𝘮𝘺 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳. I promised that i'll focus more on my self and that i'll promote self care in any way possible. This is the year of changes.
    In 2019 i never accomplished Chloe's workouts, my excuses were stronger than my desires but what a better way to start the year of changes with starting and finishing this program.
    I decided to focus this first month at the feelings and strenght i gain after each workout and the proggression i'll make rather than the cm and weight i might lose. At the end of this month i want to look at my reflection at the mirror and see a healthier version of me.

    Date of start: 2nd January 2020.

    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏: i feel so motivated. Today's workout was 30 minutes long. I finished it all even though it was a bit hard when i had to jump. I'm asthmatic but my strength will improve. At the end of this session i did 30 minutes of yoga practice, i'm a beginner and i want to know more about it. GEEZ I LOVE YOGA.
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐: today's workout was 10 minutes long, so i added Chloe's warm up workout. I did it until the end . Geez, my abs are on fire. At the end of this practice, i did 20 minutes of yoga. I'm starting to like it a lot.
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟑: today's workout is 20 minutes long. I did it all and i'm glad to see that i'm slowly getting back on shape. I still struggle with my breath and when possible i do the low impact version. Same as yesterday, I did 20 minutes of yoga.
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒: today's workout was 10 minutes long, but i added 1 hour of bicycle ride around the town. I feel so amazing, i managed to keep up with the postures for all the seconds required, with the exception of two. I can see that my strength is growing and i feel amazing. At the end of the workout i did 20 minutes of yoga.
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟓: today's workout was 30 minutes long, the sweat is real! I sparkled more than Edward Cullen lol. Anyway, i did it all and I can see that my strength is definitely getting better because for the first time i managed to complete a whole session of jumping jacks without going out of breath. After the workout I did another 20 minutes of yoga. I'm loving yoga!
    𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟔: today i was feeling exhausted becauses i studied all day and i didn't want to workout but i did it anyway. I put out my yoga mat and did today's workout. I did all. ALL! And without taking any breaks in between. I feel so satisfied with myself. Again, I finished the day with another 20 minutes of yoga. I'm starting to think i'm gonna add a yoga practice at the end of each workout. It helps me to recover, to stretch, to breath and to meditate. I feel reborn after every practice.

    i started five days ago and i want to keep you updated
    i did not weight myself before this challenge nor will i after, i just want to get stronger and start working out on the daily basis
    btw i also want to become a model so badly but i am “fat” for that :(( (another reason why i want to do this challenge yay)

    day 1 was quite fun, i used to love working out, so it was a well spent time and it was not even as hard as i thought it is going to be (i replaced like three exercises to an easier option)

    day 2 was fun as well, i still had to force myself to do it, but right when i started working out i knew why did i start, so keep going you guys

    day 3 feels much easier and i feel a bit stronger

    day 4 didn’t go as planned, but i did a different workout (not the one from this challenge) and i also had P.E. so everything’s okay

    day 5 felt a tiny bit harder in the beginning, but at the end i felt like a superhero haha

    day 6 was a disaster because i got into a big fight with my mom and i ate a lot of food and i did not workout, but i walked 15k steps, soooo yeah

  13. I need some tips:

    So I have sensitive skin, and the yoga mats tend to hurt and rub against my elbows, knees, feet, etc. So do you guys know any ways to keep this from happening? Or other materials I can use in place of a yoga mat?

    Day 6: I ate a lot of sweet stuff today so hopefully I can really work it today. Otherwise I've been eating good, lots o veggies!

Tbh I’m obsessed with abs and perfect body my goal for this year is to workout so that I can be confident in myself and feel beautiful no matter how hard it will be I feel like I can finish the challenge but the only thing I’m scared of stopping me is my toxic family cause there’s always fights and drama emotional abuse it can at times lead to worst than that but still I’ll try it I’m gonna start from tomorrow let’s how things work

  18. I’m seeing some difference in my body but somehow I feel bloated and my abs are not showing as much… I always do it at night after my work cause I don’t have time. Is it not recommended doing it at night time?

  19. Should I continue the program right away if I’m having post-workout muscle soreness after the first day? Or should I just wait a couple of days? 🙁

  20. @chloe ting! Just received my order of your resistance bands! I am currently at the gym doing the 28 day flat tummy challenge! These bans are AMAZING!!! so soft and they dont pinch my skin or roll up!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!😊😊

  21. Since everyone is doing this I might as well

    Day 1- I have not worked out for months at this point and it was so hard I don’t know what happened but half way through the work I felt light headed and decided to stop as I could not stand straight. I later realised that I over worked myself.

    Day 2- This workout was not as bad as day one however I did feel like I was dying and could feel the burn every where.

    Day 3- So far I feel like I’m doing well I’m getting into it’s still hard but I’m taking less breaks in between the exercises which I feel like is progress.

    Day 4- sadly I was very ill and was not able to complete the workout

    Day 5- Still ill however feel a little bit better

    Day 6- I finally feel better and did the exercise I feel like it was harder due to the break I took however I’m not giving up and will still try my hardest to complete.

    Day 7- I did both workouts today and this is the most I have ever sweated in a long time. By the time I got the ab workout I was getting tired however I powered through. I took many breaks in between each individual exercise which I’m not happy about but I did not want a repeat of day one.

  22. I have been doing Chloe's workouts but never followed a complete program! But let's start 2020 out right. I'm really trying to get healthy and lose weight. I'll keep you updated and WHEN i reach my goals, I'll post a before/after. 🙂
    Day 1: ✅ this was so hard D: I took so many breaks
    Day 2: ✅ ok i can do this
    Day 3: I got sick so I didn't do the workout

    Day 4: Still sick and kinda lazy
    Day 5: ✅ Let's get back into it! (Day 3 workout) I think this is getting slightlyyyy very slightly easier. I was super motivated so I also the Flat tummy abs workout and an emi wong HIIT work out
    Day 6: ✅ (Day 4 workout) I hate side planks. I still struggle even with the modify version ;-;
    Day 7: ✅(Day 5 workout) I dreaded today but let's keep going. This is the first time i actually did the cool-down and it really helped!
    Day 8: ✅(Day 6 workout) today’s workout wasn’t bad at all but I felt super lazy. I didn’t do the optional workouts

  23. I used to dance when I was a teenager but had to stop taking dance classes because of school and my family. Now I'm 21, I fully support myself but feel too self-conscious to go back dancing classes. Most of it because I gained weight.
    I've started meal prepping and eating clean on 2019 October and already had lost 5kg (from 73,7kg to 68,7kg) by January 1st.
    This year I started working out a little (mostly cardio) and this is the only strength workout I've been doing (started this Monday 07). Since I'm planning on doing this workout until the end of this month, I'll update my progress here ♥

    Day 3: I've checked my weight yesterday and it was 67.7kg, so I've lost one more kilogram. I also have been feeling more energized. Don't feel any changes to my strength though;

    *I'll start taking dance classes again by the end of February, and hopefully I'll feel more confident until then!

  27. I started this challenge and I did it for 3 days and then got my belly button pierced. It's too sore to do a lot of the exercises and I feel really bad

    Day 1:
    It was really hard i needed to do some breaks otherwise i would break down. But i didn‘t stop i continued and did it till the end. My abs are burning so hard… I‘m going to take a looong Shower now!

  34. Im on day 4 today, had to start later because I was abroad. I have a hard time finding time to do the workouts because of my other training, but I haven't skiped any of the not opional workouts yet and I hope I don't have to later either.
    The program is going good so far, I'm starting to see some abs there again😊 I'm happy to be training again after not being able to do anything on the holiday.
    I have tried some of your vidios before but never followed a program so it's fun to actually follow the whole thing.
