Ok we’re gonna start off today working on our core. What is the core? Your abdominals, your waist your lower back. Stephenie, And here we have Astonia, Maliana and Keera. So we’re gonna start working our core. Moving side to side. It’s the whole chunk. So we have to really incorporate the hips. And we’re gonna swim it side to side like that You use your hips as a weight to work on the waist area. Side to side 4-3-2&1 Now we’re gonna add the arms Bring in the elbows all the way up. Side to side Good Just let the body swim. Put the elbows up. And breath Now we’re get a little bit crunch two times. Go! One two, one two One two, one two, Go. Move with the beat get the elbows up.   24. I’m starting to do this everyday. Today is October 3rd, 2019. I am 5”2 I weigh 148 lbs. I am going to do this 2x a day plus with my home workouts. I’ve been struggling to get my stomach flatter and my arms are my main problem. It seems as though my fat goes straight to my arms. I’m going to follow a healthy diet. Since my eating habits were extremely bad. I would binge eat :/ but that is going to stop ! I have to love my body for how it is now and continue to love my body even if I lose more weight.
