Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

today we’re going to do an indoor
walking workout to tone our arms and our upper body and it’s low-impact Hi I’m
Schellea and welcome to Fabulous50’s today’s workout is just ten minutes long
we’re going to burn some fat tone our arms and have some fun now let’s get
started hello I’ve got to tell you that this arm workout is going to be
challenging but it’s very very doable but the time is going to fly I promise
and in ten minutes time you’re going to be so happy with yourself we’re going to
do 30 seconds of walking followed by 30 seconds of arm toning exercises and you
can choose whether you want a walk jog or run for each 30-second interval side arm raises keep your arms very
straight and hold all of your muscles tight this is what I mean when I say
activate all of your muscles it’s the opposite
to loose arms and if you’ve got loose arms it’s not going to deliver the
results that you’re after so keep your arms up and strong start walking and if you want to
intensify your workout jog for 30 seconds or walking jog it’s entirely up
to you either way you’re burning fat forearm squeezes elbows together and
squeeze your inner arms and hands together tight raise your arms without
straightening your elbows this looks easier than what it is and only take
your arms to where it feels comfortable for you push your hands very tightly
together and slowly move your arms up but only take your arms to where it
feels comfortable for you start walking the brain or loves that
when we exercise and it showers itself with growth factors and creates a
cocktail of stimulants for the whole body and I’m sure all of us can use some
of that forward arm circles put your arms out
straight and create forward circles with your arms keep your arms very strong
head high hold your abdominal muscles in tight and
we’re creating strong toned arms right now and with continued training your
ability and strength will increase so keep going thirty seconds of walking if we
continuously work out and don’t stop moving we’re going to burn more fat so
keep moving and don’t stop and have some fun reverse arm circles straight arms flip
your hands in the upward position and start circling backwards
keep your arms very strong and engaged we don’t really need to be athletes over
50 but this kind of workout done on a regular basis is going to contribute to
your quality of life for sure start walking and move to the music another
fun fact exercise keeps our brain arteries open just another reason for
you to move every single day you’re doing such a great job you’re taking
your health into your own hands keep going okay tricep kickbacks lean forward
straight back and slightly bend the knees keep your arms close to your side
and slowly and purposefully extend your arms trying to keep them straight focus
on the triceps on the straightening and the biceps coming back in we’ve got a 30-second break now have a drink of water and keep moving if

there’s a term called a committed exerciser and that’s someone who
exercises four to five sessions per week and if you stop and visualize who you
want to be in ten years time how could you not decide to become a committed
exerciser today you’re amazing my friend and keep walking sidearm pulses arms out

opening your shoulders so good for you to sit at a computer all day thirty seconds of walking a regular
exercise program has a major effect on the health of your arteries and doctors
say that your health is only as good as your arteries so if you want to stay
younger longer you’re doing the exact right thing elbow curls place your hands near your
ears and take your elbows back as far as you can and then bring them forward
until I touch in front this is perfect to posture the great exercise to do
everyday start walking keep your arms strong and
hold your abs in tight experts say if exercise were a pill it would be one of
the most cost effective drugs ever invented you’re going to feel so good
when this is over I promise rhomboid pulls pull your shoulder blades
back in towards each other and squeeze cross your hands in front elbows high
this exercise is working the muscles in your upper back arms shoulders and chest
it’s also really good for your posture keep it up you’re on fire begin walking
jogging or dancing we’re getting so close so whatever you’ve got left you
use it now love your body for working so hard it’s
such a gift today is going to be amazing and you’re
amazing Chest press make a 90 degrees angle with
your elbow and take your arms to the side of your body and squeeze your
shoulder blades back hold your bicep muscles tight and try to touch your
elbows each time and the more engaged your arms are the better results you
will get walking for 30 seconds you’ve got one
more set to go so use up all of your energy because in a minute you’re going
to be celebrating your efforts come on you’re on fire
you can rest later keep going bicep curls arms out straight at 90
degrees flex your bicep muscles and then extend your arms all the way back to
straight keep your arms fully activated and hold your abs in tight let me know
if you feel the burn I’m kind of hoping you’re hurting just a little bit because
that means you’re working really hard and you’re going to reap all of the
benefits yes we’re finished your amazing dance
for this last 30 seconds celebrate your awesomeness keep your body moving for
another minute or so before you start to cool down you’re going to have an amazing day

  28. Loved it. I added more bounsing movements with my legs during the arm workouts so I also worked my legs more. Felt good. Heartbeat up and a bit of sweat.. Do it before bed. Makes me sleep better because it makes me feel good about myself even if it's only 10 minutes every day or every other day. My arms seem to become tighter
