    Day 1: I felt absolutely exhausted and I was sweating loads. I feel a slight pain in my lower stomach which is my abs coming out???

    Day 2: The pain in my lower stomach is still thereee 🙂

    Day 1: did it twice very tired abs are sore

    Day 2:did once still no result

    Day 3:did it twice it had become easier

    Body: 49kg and 5’2 ummm I want a flat stomach and a smaller thigh I have 48cm Rn I wanna get to 36cm and also want to lose about 10 or so pounds want to get to 96 🙂

    Day 2 : Did it first thing in the morning and did it again in the afternoon again

  8. So I did a 10 minute tabata core workout before this.. so I only got half way with this, I tried but I physically couldn't move myself correctly so I stopped😫

    Before anyone says I'm over exerting myself or something, I'm trying to workout for at least half an hour a day😅

  10. I'm doing this for a week! 💪🥰
    Day 1 : Dead. My whole body was shaking!! I was sweating so bad and my lower abs and legs were burning. After the exercise I was still shaking.. I did the 10mins lower abs workout by Emi on bed for a couple of days so I never thought this excercises of 20 min would've kill me so bad ahah
    I couldn't do the last exercise. I tried but i kept falling down. My body was so tired after the previous excercises that my arms couldn't handle it LOL.
    Trying again tomorrow 💪 #nopainnogain
    Day 2: I did all the excercises! I'm so proud and very very tired 💪😅

  16. I did Emi HIIT 30 minutes every 2 days before i go to bed ( even i can't do the last section). I lost bout 3 kg. Then after holiday, rarely did Emi workout but my body still on it shape (idk I gain a weight or not). Then today i watching this and still shaking im some part😅 . I'll do this every night (still on the program to lose my weight), thanks to you, Emi❤❤❤❤❤

  20. Can't do a few of them due to medical problems with hip but overall love this ,hate doing exercises on floor find it really uncomfortable because of operations I've had. I don't feel the burn when doing crunches on a gym ball but this really hits the spot

I love your videos but I don't think I can do this … Because all my friends are skinny and I am fat I am 75kg for 1.63 and I am 13 years old normally I must be 47 kg max I must lose a about 25 to 30 kg … I do not have the time and the motivation to .. Example at the start I was doing 12 to 15 min of your sport but now I am arriving more … I hope that one day I will have the motivation to do it! if not continue like that! ❤️😊
