I am always able to build my way up to one round of ur routines, but then I struggle with building more rounds… Should I start with doing a full round and then like 20seconds for the second round and add seconds?     I am interested in lag workout so when we say legday, do we mean a day in a week in which we focus on our legs or everyday. I heard about skipping leg day is bad and i thought whether legday is everyday or on a specific day of the week, english is not my first language

  15. I’m new to calisthenics and want to know if I need to eat in a surplus to add muscle or will newbie gains take affect still and build muscle? I’m not looking to get BIG but just add some muscle. Like an athletic muscular body type. And am really curious if I need to be a surplus to achieve that or if it’s only to pack on serious mass

  16. If you run 1 mile and if you walk 1 mile there wont be a difference between the calories burned. It might sound stupud but it's true. It's not about the speed, its about the distace. 1 mile walking is going to take you more time than 1 mile of running, but that does not mean that you will burn less calories. That is why high intensity or HIIT cardio is bullshit. If you walk for 60 minutes you will burn more calories than if you do HIIT for 20 (sprinting in that case). Even more so, studies have found that the afterburn effect of the longer cardio are more than the shorter, more intense one. So slow and long cardio is better, period!

  17. yes but how many times a week?In an older video you said something about 2 to 3 times a week but the work out lasted 30 min and now its 20 so should i do it like first thing in the morning every day?
