  8. thank you so much Chris…… i needed you to show up in my life….. i was starting to get fat because i stopped working out for 2 whole months,,, drank tons of beer ,, and i am starting to get fat building up on my stomach and around my chest. im 68 going on 30,,, i still surf very big waves so i have to train hard….. so my friend,, you have super inspired me to get back into cross training……thanks again…….roy guy,,,, northern cal…….

  9. Will this also help attack belly fat or should i base most of my baily fat workouts on your other vids specifically for that. Or can this help attack belly fat as for my abs too? I also under stand that this all in a way will attack it but is it as good?
