  2. I need to start eating oatmeal the problem being not a huge fan of it so I need to figure out something to make me want to eat it.

  3. hey you guys……please do a vid on how healthy processed soy products are!!! I would really be curious what you think……thanx…… : D

  4. Diabetes is a dietary disease. Eat carbs, insulin spikes, eventually you get insulin resistance. Solution, eliminate carbs. That includes oatmeal. If you do not want to end up on diabetes medications or worsen your diabetes don't eat oatmeal. One cup of oatmeal has more carbs in it than I eat in a day.

  5. Any benefit to "toasted oat" cold cereals? Like these specifically?

First ingredient oat flour, followed by rice flour.

  6. 1/2 cup dry equals 150 not 300 calories from what I've read. If you cook 1/2 cup oats in water, it expands to about 1 cup cooked and it is 150 calories.

  7. They have no benefits, testing on rats doesn't count. 75% of blacks are lactose intolerant because their ancestors did never eat dairy products. Likewise, humans never ate oats and wheat for hundreds, thousands of years. 90% of ALL humans are intolerant to oats wheat gluten etc.. Its a fact, gluten destroys your intestines and puts holes in them. Whether you show the symptoms of it or not, it is weakening your internal body. Testing rats won't tell you what's good for humans. It also cuts down your absorption of vitamins to a fraction of its potential

  8. There is only one reason why I can't eat oatmeal: I can't eat breakfast because when I look at food in the morning I think I have to throw up 😕

  9. ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH THIS IM LIVING PROOF! JAN 17 WAS 209PDS, TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 243, BAD CHOLESTEROL 149, TRIGLYCERIDES 97. 10. those statistics at the start are worthless. Oats arent guaranteed to have mineral content. Growing oats in infertile soil with modern fertiliser bypasses the normal growing process. youre also ignoring that in some countries there is no limit to how much pesitcide is found in oats.. Pesticide is damaging to the brain.

  11. I eat oats but not because they are delicious – the taste is quite bland. I eat them because they are very healthy for me.

  12. Benefits of oats? That depends. If you have a virus oatmeal is a must to avoid due to it's high arginine to lysine ratio and and its carb content doesn't help in addition to which lots of people add fruit and/or honey which further increases the feed for virus.
But for those who don't have virus whatever or don't care have your way.
Almond milk, yeah I've tried to like it but it never tasted right, then I found out it's all made with 2% almonds. That's about 5 almonds per 8 oz serving. The rest is thickeners but if you don't mind that, have it. I'd rather cook my occassional steel cut oats with water with a few crushed almonds thrown in; it's more real than almond milk that way

  13. Absolutely absurd. I had peeling, bleeding fingertips and decreased testosterone levels from consuming commercial oatmeal, and propaganda like yours made it nearly impossible to find the truth about what was happening to me. The type of disinformation you are spreading is not only shameful, it is harmful. The levels of nickel and phytoestrogens in oatmeal make it dangerously unhealthy.

  14. According to Google oats are half the calories cooked than raw. Are the calories given on steel cut oats raw form ? I assume it may be like bacon 100 cal pc raw, 50 cal cooked.

  15. I eat oatmeal everyday with walnuts, pecans, blueberries, rasberries and blackberries; and it takes about 7 hours before I start feeling hungry. During those hours I am able to move like Legolas. My vigor is greater than Nimrod's, who ate a lot of meat. Try it!

  16. My daily morning breakfast:

1 half cup of dried oats.
    1 quarter cup sautéed onion.
1 quarter cup sautéed bell pepper.
    2 fried eggs.
    Chili powder.
    Hot sauce.

Mix it up in a bowl and enjoy 😁😁

  17. Just one cup of oats and green tea with ginger today, flushed out all waste from my intestines.

  18. There are some great oatmeal with very little to no sugar. Requires just ten minutes of stove cooking. I bought Quaker Instant Oatmeal to have a healthier diet because of a diabetic scare, but one day I took note of the nutrition label which had 12G of sugar along with the carbs turning to sugar. I thought it would be healthy because it's oatmeal. Since then I've learned more about how to read the nutrition label. Take a look–why aren't daily percentage values for sugar listed? It's on purpose! The average American consumes about 72 grams of sugar per day; that's about 18 teaspoons (1 teaspoon == 4G)! We should be aiming for 28G, or 7 teaspoons. The lesser, the better. Did you know there are at least fifty different sugar names? I'm not a tin foil anti-sugar nutjob, but researching the food industry, pharmas, and corporations of how they take advantage of us is amazing.
