transform your body, here are some tips to help you with that transformation. Number 1: you wanna set goals, you wanna set
ambitious goals, go for the body that you really want. You also want to create deadlines. We all work better when we have deadlines. We find out what we’re really made out of,
what we really can do, how much discipline we can exhibit with those deadlines. You want to document your progress along the
way, and it’s not just for record keeping, you want to keep yourself accountable. Just by writing things down you’ll become
more accountable during the transformation process. You want to be patient. Remember, this isn’t about what you do on
an hour to hour basis, or even a day to day basis, it’s the transformation over time. You want to keep that in mind. You want to set up daily disciplines. What are the things that you need to do on
a day to day basis when it comes to your training habits and your eating habits, your rest,
your recuperation, your lifestyle habits. What are those daily discipline habits, list
them out. You also want to track, monitor, assess those
daily disciplines. How are you doing, keep yourself accountable
to those daily disciplines. And remember that you’re doing this for the
long haul, during a transformation so keep that in mind during those days when you’re
doing really well and the days that you’re being challenged. That this transformation will take time. Enjoy the journey, enjoy the process and those
are some transformation tips.
