  1. I am amazed at how many of my friends and family members don’t exercise at all, then they wonder why they feel so bad all the time! We have to take care of our heart all our lives by eating good foods and exercising, even if it’s moderate. I personally feel sluggish on the days I don’t exercise.

  2. Thanks, I agree that diet is so important in staying healthy. Also, I recently significantly reduced my alcohol intake and I feel great. Giving that up was a small price to pay to feel great. Thanks again for the video!
