Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

Side effects of alcohol alcohol and bodybuilding alcohol and fitness hey guys my name is Max possible
economic fat loss expert in today’s video we’re going to go over the side
effects of alcohol not only on your body and your health but also on building
muscle and body building management have a couple drinks every other weekend
whereas other people become addicted and can’t even have one drink or many
chemicals and hormones that are stimulated and release when consuming
alcohol that could lead somebody could be coming alcohol depended just to be
clear in this video today we’re not going to be talking about alcohol
dependency as much as I’m gonna be talking about the effects that alcohol
has on bodybuilding your fitness levels and building muscle so let’s start from
the top what happens when you drink alcohol so once you drink the alcohol
whatever it is whether it’s beer or whether it’s baka its gonna go into your
digestive system now if you’re trying to be a bodybuilder you’re gonna try to
reduce your body fat percentage to a pretty low level and any kind of help
that you can get for lowering your body type percentage is a big deal alcohol is very toxic to our bodies our
body’s gonna try to get that how out of our system as fast as possible which
means getting that alcohol at a system is going to be the number one priority
of your digestive system where organs used to be responsible for breaking down
fat and getting that out of your body such as your liver now those organs are
going to be responsible for getting that alcohol out of your system which means
your gonna be burning nowhere near the same idea that you would be if you
weren’t drinking alcohol a lot of people in many people have the belief that one
doesn’t have the same negative effect on your body as other alcohol but just to
give you an idea of three glasses of wine will stop your fat burning for 10
hours ten hours of not burning fat is a long time but that’s how long it’s gonna
take me about it clear that one out of your system noting that alcohol does
it’s very bad for you is it inhibits to use an absorption of your micro
nutrients so you’re not going to be able to absorb vitamins and minerals anywhere
near as much as you are when you don’t drink alcohol and it doesn’t stop there alcohol and fitness also inhibits the use of your macaroni
cheese as well so carbs protein in fact that could have been used for building
muscle before are now not going to be used anywhere officially halted all does that lowers
your testosterone levels and your growth hormone levels both of these are
responsible for building muscle strength bone density nothing about this option
is that you need a huge increase or alcohol and bodybuilding decrease you experience any physical
effects of that testosterone changing when you drink alcohol moderately once
in a while it’s not going to really change your testosterone levels in such
a way where it’s going to impact your muscle recovery to such a large degree
that you’re going to see drastic changes however as far as growth hormone growth
hormone is released that night when you sleep which is the time that your body’s
most active in repairing your muscles so it makes sense to say that your body is
not going to be recovering anywhere near the amount that it normally does when
you sleep after a night of drinking and Side effects of alcohol easy way to look at what alcohol does to
your body as far as building muscle is to think of it like this I’m at the bar
I have a couple drinks that alcohol enters into my digestive system to make
a long complicated process short and sweet embrace on that alcohol and your
blood cells will carry that alcohol throughout all the different cells
muscles and organs in your body I’m sure everyone watching this video
has gone a cut before and they’ve used alcohol to sterilize that cut when you
start it burns like crazy but because it kills almost everything on that cut now
imagine your blood is carrying that alcohol into your muscles what do you
think it’s gonna do if your muscles are torn from exercising how do you think
it’s going to affect your recovery not very good those muscles they’re
expecting protein and carbs and things that are going to help them rebuild and
refuel instead they’re getting this influx of alcohol that’s being carried
over to them by blood cells that usually will carry all those other good things
with those are not very happy models to get a little bit more in depth of why
those muscles are not going to grow a lot of it has to do with the fact that
protein synthesis his disrupted protein synthesis is the conversion of protein
from the food that you eat into muscle which in turn means that it’s very
important for muscle growth and you don’t want to be doing anything that’s
going to block it bc double A’s or branched-chain amino acids are the
building blocks of protein and one of the main branch chain amino acids that
are affected from drinking is Lucy which is actually one of the most anabolic
were muscle building of all the branched-chain amino classes I totally understand that people
are still going to continue having drinks in fact I’m one of those people I
do have a drink occasionally and the good news is as long as you drink in
moderation you can still build some muscle some things you can do to
minimize the effects of alcohol on your results is the take nutritional
supplements vitamins and minerals that you’ll be losing when drinking such as a
multivitamin a good way to encourage protein said this is after a night of
drinking would be to supplement some leucine right before bed after drinking
hydration is very important and there are many studies done to prove
titrations effect on performance so if you don’t want to wake up the next day
hungover and ruin your workout make sure you having lots of water next week I’ll
be making a follow video this video next week will be more about alcohol’s effect
calorie wise on gaining weight and alcohol and bodybuilding increase your body fat percentage that’s
all I got for you guys today in case alcohol and fitness you’re planning a drink tonight take it
easy on the drinks of see you guys next time Side effects of alcohol

  2. I definitely notice when I drink any booze at night I can't lift near as much the next morning when I work out.  Even if I don't drink enough to give me a hangover, it makes my muscles weaker for a day.  Also if I workout then drink that night my muscles are much more sore in the morning.  If I don't drink my muscles don't get as much post-workout soreness.

  3. love all ur videos 👍 very informative & straight to the point.. also love the background editing 😄

  4. Yo i aint trying to be a body builder. I weigh 160 and i probably burn about 2500 calories a day at work. I drink a bitch ton of water i eat a bitch ton of food. I think the only thing affected by me drinking a few beers would have to be my heart because of the level of stress i put it through every day at work. I am young though and i don't drink to drunkeness only to a buzz. Therefore…i am going to drink 2-4 beers after work woth my dinner and have no shame. ✊

  5. Everytime i do work out, i cant sleep at night. So I drink some alcohols to get sleep.
Yes, everytime. Is that affecting my muscle?

  6. Yeees. Alcohol is garbage. But guys, just don't quite inmediately. Everything is a process. I am quiting step by step. I used to drink 3 beers during the weekend, then 2, now only 1. Soon will quit at all. Good vibes to everyone!
