Deltoids. Today we’re gonna speak about deltoids… But first, I’ll throw those gloves ! Cause now i’ve been introduced like Balrog, I don’t need it any more. Now, I’m gonna explain you why deltoids are called Deltoids. Some people could be interested by this thing. In fact, this muscle is triangular, which reminds us the fourth greek letter, Delta. It’s a good thing to know things like this, cause some people think that if your practice workout, you’re dumb. Bullshit. But when you have intelligence, into a titan body, this is : Like biceps, Deltoids has many beams. I’ve drawn it to explain it clearly. In red, you have the anterior beam. In green, you have the external beam, and in blue the posterior one. Now I’ll show you what kind of exercices I practice to have big beautiful Deltoids. I always begin with Military Bench Press with weight lifting. Indeed, it’s the most effective exercise, and you can put heavy weight “easily”. So, do it first when you’re fresh, instead of do it at the end when you’ll be exhausted. Now I’m gonna show you how to practice. It won’t be very long, cause this video is more theory than practice. I’ll make another one, which will contain lots of practicing. First, take your bench, and put it on 70 – 80 degrees. Then you grab your weightlifting, sorry I only have those ones… Shit… What a shame. I’m always ridiculous. But yes, I kepts it in the video, I assume my shit men ! Soooo ! I grab my weightlifting, I look where’s my bench, and I sit easily. Shit, it creaks. It’s so loud that last time, my neighbour told me “Hey buddy, you should be less aggressive in your bed, cause I can hear it creaking…” One more time I was ashamed… But, don’t care dude. Well, sit this way, and practice like I do it now. It’s easy, right ? It practices the anterior & external beam of Deltoids. But it also practices the clavicular beam of the pectoralis major muscle. What’s more, it practices triceps & superior trapeze muscle. Do you even realize ? It’s amazing. Go to your Fitness room, now ! Go ! We also have lateral exercise, like this : Then, you can practice the pulley. Keep your arm straight, the other one in your back, and grab it like this. To work the anterior beam, take a weighlifting, and do it like this. Do not forget to breath well, because if you don’t, you risk a cerebrovascular accident. On Internet, you can see lots of dumbasses which are trying this or deadlift without breathing. They only do 1 repetition, and then you see them falling down, like pussies. Now, I’ll show you a move that only few people practice, and which is artistic. Grab a bench, put it like this, Grab a wheightlifting, 5 kilos maximum cause it’s very difficult. Lie down like this and try it. When I told you that it’s an artistic move, it’s because it reminds me the “Chapelle Sixtine” by Michel Ange. Now we’re gonna speak about the posterior beam. It’s reeeaaaally hard to get a big one, because it grows less quickly than the anterior et external beams. Well, I show you some exercises that you can try yourself… Fuck off, I hate those pink weightliftings… First exercise, you take this position, keep your arms straight, and do it like this. Second exercise. With your right hand, you grab the left pulley, and with your left hand, you grab the right one, like this. You can also do it from the floor, like this. Last exercise, can’t remember the name, but I don’t give a shit, just do it like I show you… Grab the pulley like this, front of your belly, and you pull like this. Your elbow has to be straight, and you just rotate it. Well, this is the end of the video, I wish you liked it !
