Hi, my name is Sunny, I am 23 years old and a marketing consultant. I used to be slim my whole life, I had a busy social life and did a lot of sport. But now it’s hard to even look at myself in the mirror. Especially if I’m just in my underwear, what I see in the mirror makes me really sad. I still remember standing here in the same spot 20 weeks ago, feeling super uncomfortable in my own skin. The first 15 weeks were really tough. It was exhausting and I was totally unfit. On top of that, I also injured myself. And that really got me down at the time, because I couldn’t perform as well as I wanted to. But now, I would like to show you the results.

  3. What time of the day do you usually run? I don' think I can do it in the morning before work or after work tbh!!! That's my biggest problem…time to spare…..

    BTW when you weigh alot do the elliptical…. It's less work on the knees.

  8. Damn I'm impressed at how even when you were a bit bigger you still had ab definition. Meanwhile I'm pretty small (still got like 8 lbs to lose) busting my booty for abs and I have minor oblique definition and a tummy roll that resembles a hot dog bun😂😂😂

If losing weight is your target do not run or perfo cardio exercises.As you run more your body become more effiecient in running you would see initial benefits but then it would stagnate to a point where no mattery how much you run in a practical limit you will no longer shed weight.Its better to try somehigh Intensity Training sessions just 2 sessions of 10-15 minutes each not to mention diet is important feast on proteins minimise carvs as much as possible(but do not stop taking carbs completely) eat veggies and controlled amount of meat (fish , eggs and chicken breast).I am a vegetarian so I substituted meat with some cottage cheese and yoghurt and fruits.
    Lost 30Kilograms in 2 years.Do not try to over do or injuroes are sure to occur which would set you back and believe me everyone thinks to lose weight, very few really try once even fewer try for extended periods , still fewer continue after setbacks like injuries only a few lucky ones actually come somewhat closer to the goal.

  14. running is not the best way to lose weight and can be dangerous too. It's better to combine a healthy diet with some exercises.

  16. No matter how healthy i eat, i always *always* gain weight when i run. So now i don’t wanna run anymore. Despite how much i love it.

  17. irgendwie kommt mir das fake mäßig rüber … ich mache seit ewigkeiten leistungssport und kenne viele , 2 jahre könnte man glauben , 20 wochen nicht so , definitiv hast du auch gekotzt oder kaum was gegessen , das ist auch nicht sinn der sache

  19. Built up my cardio to 8km runs 3 times/week but injured myself which im out of action for nearly 2 weeks and still unable to run.

    Frustrating for sure!
