  9. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 guys don’t use egg as alternative for bcaa’s whole point of having bcaas during your workout is to get instant availability of bcaas in your blood stream so that your body does’t go in catabolic state during workout and start breaking down your own muscle.
    Egg is not that fast digesting protein. If you really cant afford bcaas then have some whey protein half an hour before your morning workout.

    If you workout in evening then don’t even bother about bcaas as you have eaten plenty of protein throughout the day, your blood stream should have plenty of bcaas.

    5 rs me bcaas😂 These folks will do anything to get views.

  11. Sorry to say to you sir ..but as I my knowledge currently in India the eggs are no 1 selling food item .now everyone In India was eating eggs ..so if eggs have sufficient amount of bcca in it than no need of supplements is needed ..my ques.
    is now everyone is eating eggs and all the guys going to gym but there is less increase in body muscles …so we need to focus on eggs (diet )or workout. ??…I think the main drowback in fitness industry now is lack of knowledge of correct workout 👈

  12. Correct me if i am wrong brother but i have heard that it takes very long to digest egg but bcaa digest very quickly and during exercise to escape from losing muscle you need to have a fast absorbing amino acids … I dont know ever near than you i am just sceptical
