all the big, you know, supplements store websites &, done a lot of taste testing, checked out
a lot of different ingredient profiles, and I’ve narrowed down, in my opinion, the three
best protein bars for naturally skinny guys. So, remember, you know, being a naturally
skinny guy, you wanna create that quality calorie surplus which is gonna give you, you
know, lots of proteins, and healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. So, these protein
bars are all excellent for creating that quality calorie surplus. They’re all really high in
protein, will help you guys up your caloric intake for the day, build that rock solid
lean muscle mass, and most importantly, all three of these taste really, really good.
You know, it’s not hard to find a protein bar with a lot of calories obviously, but
it is really challenging to find three that taste really good. So, I’m gonna talk to you
guys about three and & you know, regardless of what country you guys may live in, you
could purchase all these on or any of the major online supplements stores.
These are three pretty mainstream protein bars that you guys shouldn’t have much trouble
finding. So, let me dive right into it. The first protein bar is I’d say more for
like, you know, beach season or cutting season. It doesn’t have as many calories as the other
two that I’m gonna mention, but it’s really high in protein, it’s really high in, you
know, healthy carbohydrates, it’s also high in healthy fat. It has, I would say, the best
overall ingredient profile out of, you know, any one that I’ve seen. So, that’s why I recommend
it for, you know, naturally skinny guys. So, I’m gonna recommend Quest bars for naturally
skinny guys. Now, the thing that I like most about Quest bars is the ingredient profile
is just so buoyant. You have a protein blend consisting of a whey protein isolate and a
milk protein isolate. And the main ingredient that kind of makes up the consistency of the
Quest bars is this natural prebiotic fiber. So, this is gonna give you, you know, a ton
of quality slow-digesting carbohydrates. It’s really high in fiber. So, you only have four
net carbs in the entire bar, and you also have 21g of protein. These are actually under
200 calories, so while they’re not gonna give you that quality calorie surplus, they’re
gonna give you, you know, a really low sugar option with slow-digesting carbs, really,
really high-quality protein, and they also have some healthy fat because almonds make
up a & let’s see what ingredient they are in here & almonds are the fourth ingredient
on here. So, you have some healthy fats from the almonds. So, as far as getting your protein,
your carbs and your healthy fats, they really hit all three. And these bars taste absolutely
amazing. The cookies and cream is probably my favorite one. They taste like a candy bar.
You really cannot go wrong. So, Quest bars & awesome protein bar for naturally skinny
guys. Now, next you’ve got the MET-Rx Big 100 Meal
Replacement bar. And this is the chocolate chip cookie dough one. This is more of like,
you know, a bulking season protein bar. And this does have some filler ingredients, but
I’m gonna point out the highlights here. It has a lot of vitamins and minerals, so it
looks like it has pretty much a full, like, vitamin profile, like you have your A, C,
calcium, iron, vitamin E, B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, copper, and so, it has lots of trace
minerals, lots of different vitamins and antioxidants. So, with this bar you’re getting almost 400
calories, you’re getting 50g of carbohydrates, and about 30g of protein. It’s also really
high in potassium & 550mg, which is, you know, more than like a whole banana. So, this’d
be a pretty good protein bar for naturally skinny guys during like a bulking season,
you know. Close to 400 calories, it’s got lots of vitamins, pretty high in carb, so
I highly recommend the MET-Rx big 100 & another great bar for naturally skinny guys. Last but not least, we have the Detour Lean
Muscle & I’ve got the cookie dough caramel crisp. This has 32g of protein. Once again,
it has 370 calories. It’s got 33g of carbs, and 12g of fat. It’s also got a lot of vitamins,
minerals, and also has 1000mg of Omega-3. That’s & Most people lack a diet rich in Omega-3
fatty acids. So, this is gonna really help you guys increase your anabolic hormones,
get your testosterone levels a little higher, and it just & it’s really important to have
a diet rich in Omega-3s. So, this is one of the few protein bars that I found that has
a ton of protein, a ton of Omega-3s, and it also has 21 vitamins and minerals, all with
only 3g of sugar. So, remember that low insulin levels throughout the day are going to help
you guys increase your HCG levels, help you guys maintain rock solid lean muscle mass. So, these are three protein bars for naturally
skinny guys, three of the best ones that I found.

  2. Gatorade protein bars are expensive , but are really good with 20 g protein and 350-400 calories , plus they taste really fucking good .

  3. My husband is paralyzed and it’s hard for him to gain weight he doesn’t workout I’ve tired protein shakes and other protein foods and fed him a lot of food a day but nothing what do you recommend for him
