What I’ll be demonstrating here is bicep incline
dumbbell curls. And, what you’re going to do is put your bench on an incline. And, then
pretty much doing the same thing that you would do if you were standing or sitting as
curling the dumbbell. Still giving it a good flex of the bicep when you bring it up. Flex
it. This action’s a little harder, only because you’re at an incline. So, when you bring it
down you still want to control the weight. Because, you’re at an incline that weight
is kind of forcing itself down a little faster. When you bring it up, again you want to keep
putting tension on that bicep. And, you can go ahead and alternate it or you can go ahead
and do it at the same time. You want to keep doing about three to about eight ten to reps.
And, if you wanted to you can switch it up and you can do hammers inclined dumbbell curls.
And, that’s pretty much how you do the incline dumbbell bicep curls.

  1. it depends how hard you will work. if you will fuck around in the gym you may see results in 6 months and if you work hard you will see results in a month … everything depends on you mate… you are in control

  2. there's way to many variables to answer a question like that

    genetics being a big one

    just keep good form to failure maintain a good diet and dont train the same bodypart within 48 hours and the results will come.

    im 17 and its taken me arounnd 8 months and ive had pretty good results

  3. This is a great exercise for the biceps. I do them myself with an under-handed grip and lift the dumbbells at the same time like he illustrates at :44… I highly recommend it. It gives your biceps a killer pump 😉

    Rather be fat and alive than dead.
    But what the f*ck does this have to do with you not achieving anything in the gym if you do not eat properly?

  5. @Insany92 one of my pals whose been going gy n can lift alot of weight n who has hardly any body fat eats any food, burgers, kebabs that kinda stuff, he might be the lucky ones who dont put on weight but my point was wether you have a good motabolism like him who can burn calories good or not, if you dont eat your weak and cant push nothing

  6. Oh good, I'm doing it right. I tend to move my elbow a little like this guy is when the dumbbells reach your shoulders.

  7. i started 1 week ago if i do bicep curls, 3 sessions a day doing 5 – 10 reps…i do get some pains in my arms.. does that mean my muscles are xtracting..growing…theyre damaged? i am a begginer so im not to sure… what does it mean? please right back, thank you

  8. @KingOZz1 do 3×8, you know what that means? 3 set of 8 reps, do 1 set and rest 2 min, then the 2, and then 3. And usually the pain means your muscles are growing. But only when u eat and sleep properly.

  9. @soureysen really late response… long ago, when they used 2 ring bells in churches, they would practice with a silenced, or dumb bell, so not to disturb everyone. those bells weighed tons so they needed 2 practice 2 strike them right. when dumbells first came out, they were actually shaped more like a cow bell with handles. so, there.

  12. Sweet if we do 3×8 on this exercise like 3-5 times a week how soon until we start seeing results and what weight should I start with if I'm a beginner?

  17. Yo yo… Good movie. My cousin was once a fatty. He revolutionized himself from 293 lbs of pure fat into 209lbs of real lean muscle. We thought it was unbelievable! I just joined personally coz I wanna strengthen. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it)…

  18. What should I do if I feel that my shoulders are letting me down in this exercise? Like when I lower the dumbbells again, at the lowest point that is really hard on my shoulders. I could not go down as much, but then I'd be missing on the range of motion for the biceps.
