What I’m going to perform here is the front
barbell raise. Instead of using dumbbells we’re going to be using barbell, it’s still
going to concentrate on the front delts or the front shoulders. You want to raise the
bar, keep that shoulder flex; slowly bring down the barbell and continue that motion
for about three to four sets, eight to ten reps; continue this motion without throwing
your back into it, just concentrating on your shoulders also you want to bring the bar to
about eye level. Control here coming it down, bring it up; when you do bring it up also
you don’t want to swing it up, you want to have it controlled and you bring it down you
want to have it controlled as well. Continue this motion with a strict form; keep your
posture the same through out and that’s how you perform front barbell raises.

    My step brother had been bullied. He said he was going to get bigger muscle and strength. I did not believe him. But then he packed on 40lbs of 100 % pure muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He does not get bullied these days. ๐Ÿ™‚ I personally subscribed the other day. And the guys emails are fucking awesome…

  3. I reckon it's better with the barbell.
    With dumbbell – you have to go one side at a time (left, right, left, right) and whichever side lifts, that side of the body helps too much.
    Isolate it by lifting both arms at the same time – your body can't help as much – and you just feel it more
