What I’ll be demonstrating here is the laying
down tricep extension.
Pretty much you want for support, you want to go ahead and have your hand that’s not
holding the dumbbell holding that elbow. You want to go ahead and lower the dumbbell slowly,
keep the triceps flexed. Bring it up, straight out, flexing that tricep. Again you want to
do this in a controlled motion. Make sure while bringing it down and bringing it up
that your triceps is staying flexed. And you want to do about three sets, to about eight
to ten reps on each arm. Once you finish doing, say you decide to do eight reps, once you
finish doing the eight reps with that one tricep you want to go ahead and switch it
up. Go ahead and perform the same motion, eight to ten reps and then continue doing
it until you complete your three sets. And that’s how you do your laying down tricep
extension.

  1. @fearofthedark888 For any exercise in general, you should barely be able to do the last rep. If you can easily do it, you are not forcing your muscles to strain and you won't see any gains. If you can do 8 reps easily with good form, go up in weight. For starting out, just use your own judgement. Start light to get the controlled form, then just keep increasing weight until you cannot / barely do 8 reps with proper form. Once you find that weight, next workout you can just start with that one.

    My step brother used to be bullied. He said he was planning to get bigger. I did not believe him. But then without warning he added 40lbs of pure muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (look for it in Google). He doesn't get bullied any more.
