Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

The exercise that I’ll be performing now,
is the stiff legged dead lifts. Primarily hitting the hamstrings, also the gluts. Your
hand position, you can hold the bar any way you want. I like to hold it one over and one
under. Now, you want your legs to be slightly bent. You want to arch on your back and you
chest up. You want to go ahead and bring the bar up, squeeze the hamstrings and then stretch
out the hamstrings. Bring the bar down. Bring it up. When it’s coming down, stretch out
the hamstrings. Now, you don’t want to come up all the way. It’s not a dead lift. And,
when you stretch it out you don’t want the bar to touch the ground. You want to continue
this motion. Do about six to eight reps. And, you want to do about three to four sets. And, that’s how you perform the stiffed legged
dead lift.

  2. i still don't see why they call it a straight leg DL when then legs are never sraight. it should be called bent leg DL que no!! THanx for the video.

  3. what exactly are you working on when you do deadlifts or stiflegged ones?
    is it the back muscle…like lower back?

  4. I have a question, have you seen this thing called the MegaMax Muscle Maker? (look it up on google). My mom says it helps people get buff.

  5. When I do this I always feel a strain on my lower back area (spot right above the ass). Is this normal? Or should you only feel it in your legs for this one?

    My step brother used to be bullied. He said he was about to get bigger muscles. I laughed at him because I didn't believe him…. Right up until he gained 40lbs of pure muscle. He tried the Muscle Building Bible – look for it in Google. He does not get bullied any longer. I personally registered a few days ago. See what happens. Plus the mans emails are fucking interesting!!!

  7. If you desire to get ripped and cut, i suggest you Google the term "Oak Muscle Method". You are certainly achieve the body you want.
