The biceps, we trained them so hard that he almost puked.. I know that a lot of people have said ”I have almost puked when I did legs or almost puked when I did back” But for him to almost puke after doing arms.. I mean, that tells you how hard he pushes himself during his workouts. Now we’re gonna go for the GUNS. It’s the GUN SHOW. Most people just don’t have it to train hard. And go hard when you’re tired. Some people wanna talk to you.. They wanna TALK.. They come to the gym to socialize and be friendly.. We can be friends BUT NOT WHEN I’M TRAINING. I don’t even look real doe. And that’s how you build some big guns. Let’s say you train your biceps Blood is rushing into your muscles. And that’s what we call the PUMP You get a really tight feeling.. Like your skin is going to explode any minute. Which just blows up.. It feels fantastic. Don’t look weak, it’s to early to be weak now. You’re just getting started.. YOU AIN’T EVEN STARTED YET! The only thing I need is breath in my body And I’m flat out gonna GET IT. Because I understood by falling in love with that process.. It was gonna turn me into A MACHINE.
