Lie flat on the floor with
your hands at your sides and your knees bent
less than 45 degrees. Your feet should be placed
about shoulder-width apart. This is your starting position. Now, exhale and push mainly with
your heels while you lift your hips off the floor and
keep your back straight. Then inhale and slowly return
back to the starting position.

  1. Why dont they get a person woth an actually butt to show this youre not gunna take advice about benching from someone with no chest
