STUFF IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BECAUSE IN THE POOL,
YOU DON’T FEEL YOUR OWN WEIGHT, YOU’RE JUST MOVING
LIKE A MOTION– LIKE A WEIGHTLESS BODY. [ GASPS ] ALL RIGHT. I’M GOOD. YOU CAN RUN AND WALK FOR, LIKE,
FOR HOURS AND NOT REALLY FEEL AS MUCH,
BUT IN HERE, IT’S LIKE… BIG SLAMS, CASEY,

AND YOU START TO FEEL IT. IT’S A LOT DIFFERENT.

  1. I've never seen anybody taking the piss out of fat people at the gym. But i have seen douche bags taking the piss out of skinny guys! Boils my blood that gym wankers would take the piss out of somebody trying to improve their fitness or body shape. It does happen though. And it's nearly always young guys aged 19-30 who are guilty.

  3. Usually trainers well at least in my gym are asshole . Not that I have a trainer I was eavesdropping on other people's conversation but this trainer is nice

    lower abdomen is still carried more fat yes stepper all that but still loosen fat is more danger how that

    most of the time lower abdomen fat eats most of the time taking up too much what are the formats

    lifting heavy object

    most of the men or women who lift too much weight ended up with hernia,
    just like women delivers baby after the body restore is more difficult part such a cases just when more fat accumulated it is so much tuff to bring back most of exercise carried to carry heavy spinal pain when the fat not reduced

    cycling stepper or any different mode still the practice is not suffient enough

    just like grueling effect but in practice such cases more m ore u weight without any belt the abdomen drops to further down that indicates of herenia
    how differentiate that

  7. Hey man I remember this dude. He got mad when his dad brought him a bunch of burgers and stuff (Casey had told his dad to do that or else he wouldn’t eat) and he would spend countless amount of hours playing video games in his own sweat.

    His heart is pumping, and that’s all that matters. He’s going to the gym and that’s great! Keep at it

You are an inspiration and motivation for others.well I was 95kg before 8 months and after I reduced it to nearly 11kg now my weight is 84.50+.I have concentrate of my weight loss and I have been determined, dedicated and committed and targeted to reduced the weight from 84.50+ to 65 as it should be consistent as per my height.so I have to accomplish the target in the coming 5 months.and I m now seriously insist on it.well I m such a guy that if you asked me a question and if I don't know it's answer then I answered you I can't but with that I can give you assurance that I can find the answer somehow and I have confident in it.
    I have faced a lot of issue previously but with the step of time I have learned and taught to tackle with those issues and to find a solution for it.dont let anyone demoralised you in any situation.you are you and no-one knows or understand better you than yourself about all the perspective in your life.dont let anyone degrade or impose on you that you can't do anything because the people who told this to others they themselves have no self faith or confidence on themselves.belive in yourself,have confidence,set the milestone,make up your mind,find the right time for right attempts,go for it and then accomplished your milestones no matter how harsh the situation is.remember no one can stop you from accomplish your milestones except yourself.one day you will be proud of yourself.keep going and accomplish your target.love and respect your will power and hardwork for what you believe in.Peace out.

  12. So, I guess maybe the obvious is not obvious to me in that how somebody could let himself (or herself) get that big. I kept a straight face looking at how big he is while he talks with his hands. I would encourage anybody and everybody who wants to improve their health.

  13. Reminds me of when I first started working out when I was 100 pounds heavier. I like the personal trainer. "Taking it one pound at a time" is the best way to do it.

  14. At his size to be honest all he needs is omad and daily walks…..thats easier and the weight will just fall off….once he loses x anount then start swimming and gym….its not hard its all in the mind

  15. people saying this guy is brave and being happy for him for working to lose 500 lbs but he was the one that did it to himself nobody else
    it doesn't mean he is brave
    it just means after 35 years he finally backed out of the feed troff and started to do something with his life

  16. He asked what brought him there as to not say “wow, you need to lose weight.” He spoke to him like anyone else and conducted himself like a gentleman. Proud of both these men

  17. Update: He is now 520lb after the surgery, looks amazing, and is still working hard to achieve his goal to be under 400lb by the end of this year

  18. Honestly the way I look at fat is like a wild animal going into hibernation. You've stored all this energy on your body and now it's time to use that energy and get rid of it.
