Muscle-Building Workout and Diet


In this day and age of high school athletes,
they are going to have access whey protein supplements and they are going get either
a good one or a bad one. So it’s important for us to educate the kids on what is a good
whey protein isolate and with this product, it tastes good, it’s healthy, small ingredient
list, and it’s important for the high school athlete to add protein into their diet, because
they’re not a normal kid, sitting on the couch playing video games. They’re working out,
they are lifting. I think it’s important to get off to a good start. You know, supplement

afterwards to rebuild those muscles properly to get your day started.
