  2. Didn't have ground beef so I used a pound of ground lamb. I used two bell peppers (red and yellow) and with the leftover mix, I stuffed six mushrooms. BAM! Thanks for the recipe.

  3. Waooooooo you are great.Thank you for this video. I travel a lot and sometimes finding good food is as not easy as one would think. I am going to try your recipes in my hotel room. Thanks again.

  4. please do not call the yoghurt GREEK, because it is Bulgarian. Do not believe me? Google the name of the bacteria which turns the milk into yoghurt.

  5. Don't forget Assisted Living residents!  I have some food allergies that the ALF kitchen doesn't always accommodate, so I sometimes cook up an allergen-free meal in my apartment, where I only have a microwave.  So I really appreciate these tips and recipes – Thanks!

  6. NO ONE SHOULD COOK VEGGIES ADN ESPECIALLY MEAT IN A MICROWAVE
EATING FROM MICROWAVES IS SLOWLY KILLIG US. . . WHY ARE YOU SUPPORTING THIS?!

  7. I agree with you – these microwave mug recipes are not the best but it's good for when I want a treat but don't want to cook a whole batch. I sometimes make the brownie in a mug so that I only have one serving. 🙂 It's cool.

  8. i burned my kitchen a few weeks ago, thank god im ok, but grease fire scared me so i dailed 911 for help and my neighbor, thank god, was the one to put it out fast!. however, No stove. and cooking is a challenge! REALLY! thanks for your video. this makes me have great time with my microwave, even though i am one of the ppl who think that microwaves cause diseases, but i have no choice. i rather die slowly of something than be hungry!. at least i wont go to the other life burnet or hungry….
(im hummering the accident because is no point of being depressed about it.)

  9. Bit of a dumb question, but does the first one work with muesli as well? Pretty much the same thing, right?

  10. Wow I think I'm gonna try to make the oatmeal blueberries in my office, since it only have microwave there, for my breakfast and the rest I could try when I'm just too lazy on cooking 😝
Thanks for this helpful video, man! 👍👍

    And hello from Indonesia 😘

  11. Please give amounts for ingredients! College kids who don't know how to cook are gonna get a mouth full of hot cinnamon oatmeal and freak out! But also I'm a recipe perfectionist and need to know ratios.

  12. This video series is saving my life! Im a student in the Netherlands and my kitchen only features a microwave and a camping electric hop. Im always very limited to try recipes here, but it's awesome to know there are creative ways of making a healthy meal even in those circumstances! Everyone whines about the food quality here, so you either have to cook or order food (very expensive) and since most of us are too busy studying there is very little time to cook. Your channel, mister, is the light in the end of the tunnel of this bleak student life! o/

  13. I’m warning you.
These recipes cost me $79. It’s not cheap at all I’m telling you. If you’re a student living in a dorm i.e

  14. Please make more of these! The microwave recipes are so good for people who are new to cooking and are overwhelmed by most meal prep and planning recipes.

  15. Healthy… Pieces of bacon in the thumbnail. Mmm class 1 carcinogens and contaminated with antibiotics/ hormones, cholesterol etc. Meat and healthy don't go in the same sentence

  16. Love this series! I’m excited about the oatmeal. Never thought about adding an egg. I have to have healthy meals for work and I HATE grilling my vegetables then re-warming them (yuck)! I may try to cook them in the microwave instead.

  17. YES. I am in the military myself and have access to a rice cooker and the microwave. These recipes keep me from eating rice every single meal. Fuck the haters I love this series

  18. I love this !! I'm in the Military living away from my family and all I have is a microwave to cook in, and this is the best resource I've found on how to make great food! Thank you so much for the awesome healthy ideas!

  19. You mention military and hear I am in my PPV laughing because it's TRUE. All I have for a "kitchen" is a microwave, and two hot plates. You're a lifesaver!!!

  20. Man I hope this video isn't too old for a reply but any chance if you know using a dairy-free yogurt alternative works for mac n cheese recipes, microwaved or stove top? I don't mind cheese but throw in yogurt and I'll be hunched over for two hours.

  21. I’m here because I’m looking for videos for my husband who is military stationed in Spain. Thanks for the ideas! I’ll send him this link.

  22. college is about being broke.you dont have coconut oil, almond milk, blueberries, almond butter, cheddar, mozarella, raw meat, definitely not flour, coconut sugar and so on
if you have been a regular student in your entire life, then i am president trump

  23. I have watched a couple of your videos now, and I must say that looking at how you presented the food at the end, you would not even think that this came from a microwave, the food looked like it had been done by a pro chef.

  24. OMG! Living alone, working full-time and going to school had taken majority of my time out of the kitchen. I'm so glad I came across this channel. Thx for sharing. I'm a new follower.

  25. Will definitely be trying out that peanut sauce & cooking the chicken in my toaster oven or microwave. Tried frying chicken breast with minimal fat on my stove and dried it out. Your idea is better.

  26. Hey man what’s up? I just wanna say your a god damn genius. I’m in high school right now and I’m looking for easy low sugar, carb, and calorie easy recipes and these are great. Probably gonna make the stuffed bell peppers now 🤤

  27. Yummy. Tried the stuffed bell pepper for lunch and it was delicious. I threw in some chopped spinach, spring onion, fresh spanish chilies and topped with yoghurt and salsa sauce

  28. Although you can pick up radiation measurements from the microwave, the radiation of wich you are getting does not cause cancer, since its wave lenght is categorized as "microwave" and not "alpha, beta, gamma, x-ray…". MICROWAVED FOOD IS NOT UNHEALTHY. The only thing this device does is heat up water molecules.

  29. Great Video! My Son is going to College and I want to show him your video in hopes that he doesn't starve LOL

  30. Great video. Just a bit taken back that raw meat can cook in 2-3 minutes (i.e. turkey burger, ground beef and chicken)… I'm a truck driver so these recipes will come in handy. Im gonna try them.

  31. Microwaves just excite water molecules causing them to flip up and down real fast which generatea heat. Think of this, the microwaves are so small and weak that the oven holds them in. Now put your cellphone in the microwave and call it, the siginal gets through. Hell your wifi penetrates multiple walls and substrates in your house at a decent distance.

  32. Hello, I started usfing microwave for cooking recently. Mixed up basic pancake mix and thought — f#*k it , I'll try this in the mwave. To my surprise !! It was edible.
Several videos later, I was cooking potatoes, carrots , parsnip… And you can taste the REAL vegetable. No oil, no loss to boiling water, .
    Fruit — tastes amazing.
Then I went on,, beef sausages,, .. Cos, I thought well, I eat beef raw anyway, so , why not. And it worked well.
You need to watch what you are doing, of course .
I'm now doing my local Italian butcher's fennel, chilli and pork sausages.
I take the skin off, open the meat up and lay it on a bed of halves brussel sprouts.
Today, I added a layer of thinly sliced apple over the meat.
Cooking can be reinvented now. The heat is applied in a much different way.
Our traditional foods are the result if 10,000 years of preparing raw foods for a radiant heat source contained in a walled oven, or on a hot surface.
The inefficiency of heating the oven to heat the tray to heat the food is glaringly obvious when you realize that microwaves are heating the food directly.
    Thanks for these recipes sir.
