Welcome to Gowri Samayalarai Diet Chicken Recipe I did this recipe during the 10 Days diet course This chicken is suitable for diet, without oil and masala One Chicken leg piece washed well Soak it in hot water for 2 minutes So that the fat melts down After 2 minutes take out the chicken leg piece Add 1/4 Tspn ginger garlic paste 2 pinch turmeric powder 1/4 Tspn red chilly powder 2 or 3 pinch salt Coat it all over the chicken Add 1/2 cup of water in the cooker and place the chicken with bowl inside the cooker Close the cooker and cook it for 1 whistle After a whistle switch of the stove and release the steam, so that it would have cooked well Heat the tawa and place the chicken on it Pour the chicken water on it. Keep the flame in Medium Low Flip the chicken and pour the chicken water other side Flip it all over until the chicken is roasted fully Add some lemon drops and eat.
