    Yes you right if i clear the workout, after that I Burn 100 call in 1 HOUR.Doing nothing my body is recover/ burn modus from it!

  27. Iโ€™d just like to say that you so much for your motivation!!! This workout is killer!!! But let me tell you it works!!! I do this two or three times a week incorporate lifting and the other days Iโ€™m doing your other elliptical workout and Iโ€™ve noticed a HUGE difference !

  30. HELP! iโ€™ve been doing your 30 minute elliptical workout 5 times a week for the past week and today i did the 30 minutes workout and then a couple hours later i tried this one and only got 25 minutes into it. So, is it best to do this 40 minute workout only once a day?

  35. This is so intense and I have to break for minimum 3min between each set, but I sweat a lllllllot after this 40min and feel great!! By the way, does anyone know what resistance I should set on my elliptical machine? My machine is between 1-25 and I set it at 12 during this workout. Is that the way to do it?

  38. Thanks for this video. I was doing your 30 minute workout but didnt really see results. I would go down 1 lb then up 2 lbs. I just started this workout yesterday 10/8/19. My BMI is 31%. Did my 2nd workout today and I went from 186.3 lbs to 182.8 in just 1 day. Drinking meal replacement shakes with protein for breakfast and lunch and small portion high protein healthy dinner with nothing but water all day. I hope this workout video helps reach my goal of 155-160 lbs. Will share update in a month

  39. I did this workout yesterday night omg my heart was pumping and I was sweating so much my legs were on fire. but i kept going. this is a hard workout for me being heavy but I did it doing it again tonight my weight is 247..will update soon. your videos areWOOO great
