  4. @Supplementnewbie It is suggested that creatine be taken sperately from other foods. Mix it with a non-citric juice or in water with a small amount of suger (half a teaspoon), sorry for the delay in answering your question.

  5. @TheLaserna drink it all day if you can. the best times to drink your protein shake is first thing in the morning when you wake up, before and after your work out and right before going to bed. thats four times a day. if you do that i guarantee you'll see results

    what I heard is take creatine before 10 min of workout and then after workout take whey.

  11. @imthegreatest12345 whey protein, i recommend a whey protein with casein mix it maximizes muscle restoration and provides 8 of the essential amino acids

So if your diet is not the healthiest it could be and you cant change that ( parents are old fashioned and if you dont buy the food you cant complain about it ) but your working out hard are supplements an okay way to give your body the things it needs to build muscle even though your diet is poor?

  15. I might suggest that you use creatine and whey protein at seperate times. It is believed that your body will absorb the nutrients better if they do not interfer with each other. You could try taking creatine about an hour before a workout and the protein after a workout and prior to bed. More details are on our site at our site..

  18. There is no such thing as"normal" creatine there are in fact 7 types of creatine. Monohydrate is the more common researched and natural type correct me if i am wrong and most used πŸ˜› As for me I've taken AllMax's Creapure creatine monohydrate and i gained amazing results ! hope that helps u out and best of luck ! πŸ˜€

  22. Both supplements are good and using both is the best way to go. If you are only going to use one I would make it the creatine. You most likely will get good amounts of protein from your regular diet but adding creatine may help more. The VERY most important thing is to learn to train well. Most people have very poor workout methods. Our site may teach you a lot. Thanks!

  35. There is no doubt, Creatine works ! I used it a few years ago while bulking up and had exceptionally great results with it, I was impressed, and awefully glad I didn't waste my money ! πŸ™‚
