  3. I hope you're having a great day today and I hope you see this and reply! So my butt is at 40 inches and it's not saggy or anything, it's definitely plump but it's not the perkiest. I am around 10 kilos overweight so I go to the gym 6 days a week (started a month ago) to lose weight and tone my overall body. Now my concern is that I don't want my butt to grow inch wise, not even a single inch but I do want to tone it. Losing some inches off my butt while toning it would be ideal. So my question is should I do squats, glute bridges and other exercises? If yes, then should I do them with weights? Also, would other exercises would you recommend?   12. Hey, Iโ€™m trying to build a booty and get a small waist but Iโ€™m scared that my butt will get smaller while Iโ€™m in a caloric deficit because Iโ€™ll just be burning the but fat but if I eat in a caloric surplus Iโ€™ll gain stomach fat and I donโ€™t know what to do now

  19. Can I ask, for this workout? Do you do each exercise by itself and move onto the next exercise move ie. finish all sets and reps of the first move and move onto the second. If yes, would you give yourself time between each set, So the first move is 3×8 reps. After each 8 reps would you take a break ?ย Thanks in advance:)

  34. Hmmmm… what could you use instead of a kettlebell? Our gym is owned and run by physiotherapists and they don't want to get kettlebells in (despite many requests) because (according to one of the physios) they have seen too many KB related injuries in their patients in recent years and find too many people use bad form and they don't want them in the gym (okay, it's your gym, I get it). Soooo… what would you use instead? :S

  38. Do you do your exercises on a circuit or finish an exercise completely before moving onto the next one? I used to work out with a trainer and sometimes Iโ€™d do circuits and sometimes Iโ€™d do all of one then move on. Iโ€™m doing it by myself now and donโ€™t understand when I should do circuit and when I should do complete exercises and then move on. Iโ€™m in the weight loss, major muscle group building phase at the moment.
