baseline testosterone your next thing was trembling and trembling was one of those things you could start here at this dose and you can go up to whatever dose you want that’s one you would always say combining anabolic growth hormone and insulin like how much insulin each shot how often how much growth hormone each shot how often so as you know insulin storage hormone so you could always take too much you can where your receptors up so insulin was one of those things and that’s how I talked about the protocol you take less insulin get the maximum effect you can get out of the IGF spike in the posing routine or a photoshoot or competition so that’s where that comes in so you’re not giving me an exact dosage on insulin I guess that’s because everybody’s a little bit different in their sensitivity everyone’s different and some people and that’s the best time if someone’s taking lots of insulin you take them off insulin you put them on a keto diet you get there their receptors fresh again you make them do this you make them do cardio anything that’s gonna start resynthesizing you to to insulin you start doing that and then you start finding your number and you take this amount of insulin if you start getting those effects okay we’re good to go we’re gonna go back down to two to three units now per shot with growth hormone and that’s such a small amount but you’re gonna get so much more effect so you’re producing almost like your body’s production but because you take so much growth hormone and you start lowering all that and insulin and those counterproductive hormones that’s just enough exogenous now to produce what you would be producing maybe just a slight bit more to get that maximum pulse so there is no dose because it’s do we know if I can use mint instead of trend in this protocol because mint seems to be giving me all the same effects as trend with none of the side effects I’ve been done I don’t there’s an I even research on fully how Matt completely works physiologically in the body we only know so much on it so it could have a trembling like effect it could be doing different you know releasing different pathways it could even affect my own set you never know the research hasn’t been done so I couldn’t say the only thing I would say was you could add it to the cycle you could add it to it but it’s also good to run it and then save your trembling for after you know or doing a back and forth yeah and my hypothesis is that mint and trend would be extremely synergistic together mint being on the testosterone side the most powerful thing that you could take and trend being the most powerful mandrel and that anyone could take those being two different angles to come at the anabolic receptors and all the down down pathways of stimulating muscle growth all right what about if I’m gonna do 15 units of growth hormone how many shots am I gonna divide that up in per day depending on the quality of it once you have your lab son you know your serum level once you have that down that’s when you would make that assumption so if your growth hormones testing if you’re doing say the Norda troponin you already know what that growth serum level is you were doing 15 units I would try and space it as many times through the day so even if it was 3 hours 3 hours every 3 hours or every meal you’re doing it you know you’re mixing with that very low dose of insulin and so you know if you’re doing generic and you have a had it tested yet and getting your growth hormone serum because that might be a third less so taking 5 units of Nordo tropen would be equivalent to 15 units of a knockoff brand or a generic so until you know your number you won’t know the weaker it is the less doses you want to do and higher dosing so higher doses less frequent if the quality is down otherwise you’re just getting that negative feedback loop you’re not really getting enough growth hormone to do too much so is growth hormone something that needs to be cycled off in this specific protocol I mean cuz this does involve trend which does need to be cycled off so would this be like a eight-week gh 15 protocol or something like that yeah it’s one of those things you would do okay I’m in a bulk for you know you have your whole year you have a whole season you’re gonna take your time off after a show you’re gonna put on your size and then you’re going to go into a show so you pick those time periods you’re going to do three months of blasting in that way for your offseason or your muscles phase to grow and then you’re gonna take that time off kind of cruise because growth hormone I mean it is relatively safe compared to the others but the extracellular or intracellular water that you hold from it goes into your heart also it hardens your left ventricle wall it thickens it so if it’s pumping hard and your blood pressure goes up which it will because you just put on 30 I guarantee you’ll put on 30 pounds in about a week or so and so that all that water is here on your heart it’s going to be pumping harder your walls thicken boom it splits or tears it’s ruptured you’re dead so there are side effects to it so doing them in increments like that if you’re gonna do a blast you’re going to pick your months you’re going to do it go back to a cruise and then you’re gonna do your show prep you go back to it cut it out before your show what about like for me right now just cuz I got about nine nine point five weeks out from the National boat would you consider me doing right now for that yeah with the protocol you just hit so you know it’s what you can afford and what you can live by is your life comes first and then you know whatever excess money you have that goes towards that growth hormone you would space out so you have nine and a half weeks so if you could get it tomorrow how much could you afford between now and about twelve ten to twelve days out before you show when you would really want to start cutting that down because you hold a lot of water on it so you would do that math you can afford eight units or you can afford 12 units a day whatever it’s gonna be the more the better about 12 days ten to twelve days especially at that dose about 1014 days it’s so the question is how much growth hormone should I do and the answer is how much can you afford what is there no limit to it basically I mean if you want to be able to eats on a prep you just take more growth hormone and if you want to be that lazy guy that’s why it’s got in the way it has these guys are taking so much growth from on there’s no need for dieting until the you know you still need to lose those few percent you’re always gonna have a last few percent you got us knock off maybe a little slice of pizza you’re in there and you can still have the other shit but that’s what it really comes down to you know it’s controlling your water at that point at that level you know these guys aren’t hard working as hard as they were the nice how do they get to that conditioning level what’s changed you know you have growth hormone and these mass amounts how come they can’t get in better condition you know they have all the tools to do it they’re just lazy it’s lazy so I saw some of these absolutely massive bodybuilders that look they look fat I mean it looks like a lot of fat very puffy and watery and fat and I had mentioned to you why do they look so like why do they gain so much fat or why they look so fat and you said that no it’s actually mostly water and they can actually peel that off in three weeks so all they do is come off the growth take some things to dry out and and they go from looking huge and puffy to looking dry and shredded and I think that must be very confusing for our people in the world who don’t understand how much water in bodybuilding or even outside a body how much holding of water can make the physique look soft and big and in fact think about posts I post show post contests rebound yeah we put forty five pounds on in a day and a half I put forty five pounds on my buddy was competing as a middle way he put on 40 pounds about 35 40 pounds and I was a heavyweight an island game 45 pounds that’s a day and my ankles were the size of my cows my couch the size of my knees that’s all water there’s no fat you don’t put you can’t store that much fat in the day it was sodium water was repercussions of diuretics and cutting water and it looked like just a blob I look like a blob of fat and so people need to realize and you can see it once you have the eye for it you know it’s water and you know it’s fat and you know it’s a combination you know how it folds you know how it pulls you can see through you still see your veins on your abs if that was fat you wouldn’t see those vans but it’s not fat its water because it’s youth you can see through it but you can still pinch it real quick I wake up in the morning and yes I can see veins on my halves by afternoon I’ve got this layer that I feel like is fat over the day but you think I’m just gaining water throughout the day it’s sodium you’re having more and more sodium through the day you’re getting all that stuff sodium stores water right you mean fluids so you take you know htc yourself there are HCT and it stops you from storing the Sarah are holding on the sodium you don’t store that water you look shredded all the time you know that’s one of the things because I would put on you know in the first two weeks or so about 40 pounds on the growth hormone on my protocol that I would do and that’s not good on your heart and you look puffy and you look like crap for this first two weeks I mean your muscles are filled outfit that that water level you’ll see out you’ll see veins still in your abs on so
