  2. Does the time of doing workouts matter? Like can I do this at night and it will have the same effect?

    I've read that there should be at least 2hours before you eat after workouts so….

  4. I want to try to do this at least 3 times a week! I also work out every week or so in health at school and Iโ€™m trying hard to not eat junk. I hope I slim down for summer!

  5. Whewww this was HARDDDD!! Okay! I got straight out of bed at 8pm to do this.. I worked out yesterday and Tuesday this week, but this was HARD…!! But I completed it!

I've been meaning to cross-train more since my mother and I are training for a 10K marathon in April, and you have just helped me so much!
