hey guys what’s going on in this video we are hitting back and biceps this is a great workout so make sure you try it out on your full day we are starting off with exercise number one rack pose the reason we are doing rack poles instead of deadlifts is because we want to focus more on the back by lowering the amount of leg involvement in the movement if you can’t set up for a rat pool in your gym just do regular deadlifts when it comes to rack pulls the bars on which the barbell lays should be just below your knees I did two warm-up sets and then for working sets of 10 8 6 4 reps increasing the weight each set we’re still working on the thickness of the back by moving on to exercise number two barbell rows I like to place my upper body almost at a 90 degree angle and perform a long range of motion but be careful keep your back straight at all cost this way you’ll also be able to move a lot less weight but you’ll target your back more effectively I did four sets of eight to ten reps exercise number 3 our lat pull-downs three to four sets of eight to twelve reps if you haven’t already make sure you try out this exercise it works great on your lats incline bench Close Grip lat pull-downs three sets of ten to twelve reps moving onto traps with Barlow shrugs four sets of eight to ten reps we’re now hearing biceps with barbell curls I did four sets of eight reps focus more on the form not on the weight final exercise for today our cable rope curls focusing on the long head of the biceps three sets of ten to twelve reps okay guys that is it for this video I want to thank you all for watching I really hope you enjoyed the video and if you did make sure you click the like button down below and also if you’re new to the channel make sure you join the team by clicking the subscribe button for consistent weekly content with all that being said I hope you all have an amazing day and I’ll be seeing you all in the next video
