There you go, keep those toes up! Nice! Good squeezes. Just warming up here. Focusing on getting those hamstrings to fire. Good squeezes. Waking those fibers up. Got Patriaesthetics in the house! Teaming up with WP Fitness over at EOS in
Scottsdale. Working on them hamstrings. So guys what we are focusing on here, is keeping
the hips glued down to the mat as you squeeze up. Marty with WP Fitness doing some lying leg
curls. Putting all the tension on the hamstrings,
as much as possible.
