how to do a weighted pull up using only a mobility band for our weight belt.
Check it out! So we’re gonna take our mobility band wrap it around the middle
of our weight and create sort of like a backpack. Looping both arms through the
mobility band, and now we have our weight belt for the weighted pull up secure,
