What’s up, guys? Jeff Cavaliere, ATHLEANX Another ATHLEAN Express tip for you. So, you want to workout at home. You want to train your legs. Maybe you don’t have a squat rack, or maybe
you want to try to replicate the Hack Squat Machine from the gym, or maybe you’re just
looking for more options. Guys, I got you hooked up here. Basically what I have set up is a land mine
setup. Right. You take one bar, you stick it in the corner. You throw your plates on the end. Once we’re here, guys, we put it up on our
shoulder. Because of the angle of the plate, you’re
going to angle your body alignment with that. Now we’re in a Hack Squat position. We know that Hack Squat is great for hitting
our quads and getting our hips involved. But one of the things it doesn’t do is really
target our glutes. Problem solved with this. We come down and then from here, guys, we
come and push up. We’re almost in a bridge position as it is
so we can get great glute activation. So, we’re down to the bottom, right here. Right, you can see the leg, everything working
all the way up to the top. Ok. So, down. All the way up to the top. Maybe that’s not what you want to do. You want to work on something a little bit
more athletic, then you want to get a single leg version of this exercise. No problem. You pick it up, come up again, one plate,
and now we get in the same angle. Again we come down and then from here we lift
up, ok. Down with one leg, come and lift up and drive
the leg forward. Down, lift up and drive the leg forward. So again guys, you’re not out of options just
because you don’t have a squat rack at home. If you’ve got a barbell and you’ve got a corner
in your room, you can certainly create some squat variations. And that’s what I want you to see guys, you’re
never out of options here when you train with ATHLEANX. As a matter of fact, you’re never out of safe
