  1. @iTuLegiT Thank you for watching. In two more weeks I'll be putting out from 3 to 4 NEW recipes a week. Hope it helps you to a healthy and fit life! Dan

  2. basicly:
    500ml water
    1 tblsp. ACV
1- 2 pinch of sea salt
    1 tbls. of raw honey

    you drink this during training?
if i train for 2 or 2.5 hours(athletics), i could double the amounts? bascily drink your receipe per hour of training?

  3. Must be raw natural unprocessed vinegar. Unprocessed honey has all the vitamins and mineral properties. Processed vinegar and honey do not. Dan.

  4. You should try to find a "real" health food store in your area for the honey. You want local honey if possible. Honey from your "area environment" is best. Less chance of allergies for you. You can easily get "BRAGG, APPLE CIDER VINEGAR" from any major grocery chain store. Just ask someone at the store and I'm sure they"ll show you. Thanks for watching and stay healthy! Dan.

  5. Thanks for the advice. I had two bottles in the last two days…wow! that after taste of the Apple Cider has a kick lol…but i did notice how better I felt after drinking it. Good stuff bro, and I'm very tempted to eat all of the honey lol jk but it's good stuff.

  6. Yep, I can see your a sucker for the industry. They like fools like you. Keep giving them your money!

  7. I usually do my workouts before I go to sleep, if i drink this 20 minutes prior before I sleep, will it keep me up all night?

  8. Yes I agree cant even believe it. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but nothing was coming.

Listen to this I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard.

if you are serious go for it now bit.ly/17zg4fx?=kmxhf

  9. I mixed 3 different types of gatorade flavors: Frost, Cool Blue, and Fruit Punch. I call this flavor: Cool Frosty Punch

  10. just use sugar instead of honey it actually tastes like Gatorade but the aftertaste is much like vinegar but not too bad.
