weights fast. The first thing you should do, is only train,
only do your bench press once a week. Wanna make sure that you work hard train with
intensity and make sure you give your body, your chest enough time to full recover before
you train it again. So, train ONCE A WEEK. Next thing you wanna make sure that you do
is you want to make sure you warm-up sufficiently before you challenge yourself. At the same time, you wanna waste a lot of
time, energy and effort warming up. You don’t wanna do a lot of warm-up sets,
you don’t wanna do a lot of warm-up reps. And you wanna use a lot of weight when you
warm-up because you wanna use that energy when you tact yourself on a heavy challenging
sets. You also should get aspire to help you with
lift-up and to just be there for little bit more sure and confidence. So that you can mentally challenge yourself
to lift more weight, get that momentum, get that confidence and also feel that safety. You also wanna document your progress and
use that documentation to set goals. Really think big and really challenge yourself! And note there some basic tips on how you

  25. Does he mean to bench only once a week, or to do all your chest exercises once a week? Because I usually work my chest 2x a week, but I'm not sure if that's not enough time for my chest muscles to rest and build up.

  28. bench press does zero you need to contract your chest to get any results and bench does not allow you to do that most of the emphasis is placed on your delts which is not what you want is it

There are no champion powerlifters who bench once a week.  If you're goal is to bench more then benching once a week is the worst thing you could do since the amount of volume you do is key in Powerlifting; especially drug tested federations.  The natural guys usually do more volume and none of them bench once a week. The HIT bodybuilding fantasy training doesn't carry over to strength training.  NPC bodybuilders just "up the dose" so working with volume, auto regulation, deloads, and improving technical skill on lifts doesn't enter into the equation.

  30. Probably the worst how to I've ever seen… Actually this is definitely the worst how to I've ever seen, dude is talking about anti-gains. Pfft benching once a week to get stronger… pause reps, frequency and volume, those are key and he didn't mention either.
