  6. l lysine. 1500 -2000 MG a day changed me forever. I was stuck at 210 pounds for years and I knew it was because I didn't eat enough calories I just couldn't do it . I stumble upon some article that said lysine increases your appetite and I swear to God I put on 20 pounds in a month. little bit of fat gain but had I ate cleaner who knows. so anyone out there who can't stomach that much food give it a shot I promise you it will work

  7. you're body size matters too. the taller you are the more you gotta eat since your limbs and body are naturally longer than shorter guys which means it takes your body more consumption to build muscle

  8. I don't know if this is best but I am young so I burn fat easily so I eat 6 eggs in the morning then for lunch about 500-700 calories and for dinner about 2000 calories of either a lot grilled chicken sandwiches or pasta bread bowls. Is this okay?

  9. I have been on a cutting diet (caloric deficit) for about 3 months and have achieved the fat loss (mainly around the belly) that I aimed. I also achieved a good definition and shape of muscles.

    Now I want to start a lean bulk (lean gains diet) to gain muscle size. I understand that I have to go for a caloric surplus.

    My question is, should I go for 250-300 calories surplus from my maintenance macros or should I go for the same amount of surplus from my current macros ( the cutting diet) ??

  10. People don't like bulking because it means putting on fat, but guys the reason ur bulking is to gain more muscle to then cut and shred that fat and become lean and we'll have a six pack aha

  11. Lots of work to do it takes time and dedication. Just making my preps meals got me tired. But after. Of couple years i start to see the difference 1 inch of muscle per year. Not a joke.

  12. This was great, been searching for "bodybuilding clean bulk meal plan" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Senictoria Bulking Paradise – (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my colleague got excellent results with it.

  13. Are you serious? You recommend LBS x 18 for every man? What the hell? Its all about your metabolism, and each individual has a different one. For me, 33years old, LBS x 18 = way too much. What is right for you, doesn't mean its right for everyone. You can eat just Icecream/Whey Protein, Burgers etc… and can still achieve a lean physique. You can eat as clean as you can imagine and still can get REALLY fat. At the end it comes down to one factor -> How much was your surplus. Can you imagine whats unhealthier -> To be overweight (caused by eating way too much of "clean food" like the hipster vegans) or to be at a normal weight and eat "dirty"? Guess what, overweight is more correlated to Diabetes, Hypertonie than sugar. The most important thing: Correlation does not imply causation

  14. You don’t need to bulk that fast unless you’re training for a competition or a movie role. If you want general health and to slowly gain mass, bulk s l o w l y and increase calories 100-200 every week or so and give it Time.

  15. Bro 68 grams of fat seems really low for your weight, Jim Stoppani's math gave me 80 grams of fat a day when I was 160 at 5'8".

    10 slices of bread
    200g pasta
    800g potato
    100g rice
    2 instant noodles
    (The noodles may not be healthy but fuck it im tryna add some weight)

  17. According to the simple calorie calculation, I would need 2400 calories. Trust me, if I had that with my activity and training level, then I'd be LOSING weight instead. 2400 calories was when I was CUTTING! This I feel is quite oversimplified.

  20. These videos crack me up. I've always lived by the phrase that you never take financial advice from a broke guy. So why are all of these videos about bulking up done by skinny guys, with zero muscle???
