leg muscles and give you a leg workout routine. You want to use wither barbells or machines
or a combination. You wanna pick our four different combinations. And you want to limit those exercises to about
six to nine sets. So here’s a basic routine. Squats, two sets. Leg press, two sets. Stiff leg dead lifts for hamstrings, two sets. And lunges for two sets. Now, with all these different exercises, they
have their equivalent counterpart with machines so depending in your level of experience,

  2. 2 sets… Practically impossible unless each set is 50 reps. No chance in hell someone can get enough volume in for legs with 8 sets. I do 8 sets on squats alone, then accessory movements have around 4-6.
