want to consider when you are constructing a chest workout. Whether you are going to use a barbell during
the exercise, or a set of dumbbells during the exercise, and the angle of the bench:
Whether it’s going to be flat, at an incline, or at a decline. You want to shoot for four exercises during
a basic chest routine, and with those four exercises you should use about six to eight
sets. Here’s an example of a chest workout: Barbell
flat bench press, 2 sets. Dumbbell bench presses on an inclined bench,
2 sets. Declined bench press with a barbell, 1 set. And flys, one set. Now there are many different chest routines,
