Hey, my name is Erin and I’m a former US Junior
Olympic certified swim coach and personal trainer and fitness is my passion and I cannot
wait to share it with you guys. Again, another variation of the wonderful
lunge, it’s coming down into your lunge and lifting the leg up, back and lifting the leg
up, make sure that you’re placing the ball flat on the floor lunging straight down, 90
degree angle, make sure that knee is not over the toe and bring it up, lunge back and bring
it up, you’re activating your core here, you’re using your balance and you’re getting a nice
burn in that leg or I certainly am. Do 10 of those, switch sides, same thing on
the other side and, if that’s too much for you or your balance isn’t great just yet,
just hold onto a body bar or a chair back for support.

  2. Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
