Olympics certified swim coach and personal trainer. Fitness is my passion, so I cannot wait to
share it with you guys. … And next up we’re going to do the tricep
extension. Come into a lunge position, and hold your
legs clean over like so. Make sure the back is nice and straight. Lift your right arm up like that. Make sure that you’re not opening out to the
side and that you’re not collapsing in. You want the shoulders parallel. Bring your arm up to a 90 degree angle, extend
back and bring it in. I’m sure you all have seen this, but just
a couple of pointers. Make sure that the arm itself is not moving,
you don’t want to swing. Get the arm in position and hinge out from
the elbow as it’s at the back of the movement that you get the contraction. Very slowly bring it forward, and very quickly
out. You can hold it for a beat or two at the top,
as here there is no contraction. Squeeze it out, then back in. Now switch sides. Same deal, bring it out and back in. You should always feel a nice squeeze at the
top of the motion.

  4. Guys, improve your soccer skills does not have to be hard (I used to feel it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a training program known as Zumlaxoc Training Program (search on google). Seriously, thanks to Zumlaxoc Training Program I have become a better player. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

  6. If woman really want to achieve STRENTH they should avoid all kinds of fancy blue, green, yellow and pink dumbells! Almost nothing will happen with them! They should decide for BLACK (heavy) dumbells and do heavy, basic movements. Kickbacks like this will NOT make you strong! … Although its better than nothing…

  10. One area I always have the most backwards instincts about is when to breath out and when to breath in.  What is recommended for this exercise?
