With the rise of obesity in the United States several studies show that minimal physical
activity can reduce the risk of several diseases and conditions that obesity and an unhealthy
lifestyle pose. Not everyone is afforded the opportunity to work out of a gym and in this
series we’ll go over how to create a low budget workout using everyday household items. Here
are a few suggestions for some items you may use that you might find lying around your
house. Here we’ve got a bike tube. And even if you don’t have it lying around they’re
fairly inexpensive and you can probably get them at you local sports store. Also we have
some resistance tubing. Again very inexpensive. And last but not least, a jug, a gallon of
milk or a gallon of juice.
