I've followed these advices for the last couple years, along with a few more tips and a good diet, and of course cardio, i can guarantee it works, went from 135kgs to 105 in a little bit more than a year, it's close to my ideal weight since i'm 2mts tall, a couple months ago i joined a gym… the irony's that now i'm trying to gain weight, muscle mass of course.
    Just thought i should say that woman looks just fine, women like her shouldn't worry about their physic that much, other than health.
