Muscle-Building Workout and Diet


Hey, my name is Erin and I’m a former U.S.
Junior Olympic certified swim coach, and personal trainer. And fitness is my passion, so I cannot wait
to share it with you guys. All right, how to get ripped abs. First things first: diet, diet, diet! It doesn’t matter how many times you do this
workout, if your diet is not clean, you will not see those abs. You can have a sheet of wonderful muscle underneath
all that flab and you’re never gonna know it’s there if you don’t eat properly, you
don’t do cardio, and you don’t just keep overall body fat down. So, that’s the first thing. This is not a miracle. You have to work hard at it. 80% diet and 20% fitness is usually what I
say for abs. That said, an important workout routine is
the most important, so we’re gonna show you a bunch of moves. Always stay hydrated, do not consume too much
sodium, stay away from processed foods and sugars; all those things are gonna bloat you. That’s just common sense.
