Hi, this is Andy Wilkinson from SkinnyGainMuscle.com,
with another video lesson on how to gain weight if you’re skinny.
And in this video we’re answering the question: “How Do You Gain Weight and Increase Your
Muscle Mass WITHOUT Taking Supplements?” Now, supplements can get really expensive.
And the truth is that you really don’t need to take supplements to gain weight and muscle.
In fact, supplements are entirely optional if your aim is to gain weight, as long as
you’re meeting and reaching certain criteria and needs when it comes to your nutrition
and training. Far too many guys get “sucked in” by the marketing
“hype” of these products, in the hope of finding a “quick fix”. And in the meantime, they usually
neglect the most important areas they need to know about when it comes to gaining healthy
weight and increasing muscle mass. So, what do you need to know about increasing
your muscle mass and gaining healthy weight without supplements?
Now, since I cover ‘workout’ and ‘exercise’ tips in other videos, we’re just going to
focus on the nutritional side of healthy weight gain in this video. And what you can do in
this area INSTEAD of taking supplements. And the key to all of this, if you’re a naturally
skinny guy and you want to gain weight, is to make sure you’re getting enough calories
in your diet each day to support muscle growth and healthy weight gain.
I have another video for you on calculating your exact calorie needs. But for now, just
know that 3,000 calories is the MINIMUM most guys will need to gain weight and muscle.
And this is so important. If you’re not getting enough healthy calories in your diet, you
will not achieve noticeable muscle mass. And not only that, you need to make sure that
you’re getting these calories in the shape of about: 50% Carbohydrates, about 20% Protein,
and the rest as Healthy Fats. So if you’re following a good weight training
program, getting enough calories each day with healthy, whole foods, and resting sufficiently
between workouts – you really don’t need supplements to increase your muscle mass or gain weight
successfully. Okay, that brings us to the end of this video.

    is aimed mainly at thin men, but also for
    fat guys like me. I actually lost lbs of fats,
    I can see an improvement already in my
    shape and see some muscles w/c hid

  21. Its still surprise me, just how lot of people are not aware about Fenoboci Diet Plan, despite the fact that a lot of people get great results because of it. Thanks to my mate who told me about Fenoboci Diet Plan, I have lost a ton of weight with it without starving myself.

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tested every single weight loss program that was available, but eventually not one of them helped me to lose and maintain the weight off.
