Add 4 scoops of hemp protein (30g) Add about 1/4 cup of almond milk Add 1Tbsp of ground flax seeds for fiber & extra 2g. of protein Add 2 Scoops of protein peanut butter for 11g of protein (I use FluffButter) Add about a 1/2 of a cup of distilled water Blend until completely smooth Pour into a “Cold” cup Grab a straw & enjoy! 🙂 For recipes check out www.eliznicolewrites.wordpress.com
