  1. Seems pretty straightforward. I think the biggest thing is just having the upper body strength to pull yourself up.

  2. Trying this tomorrow ! If only the bar wasn’t 10 feet in the friggin air but…. screw it I’ll do it off a box.

  3. My left hand goes first above the bar then Right so I started weighted pull ups but still I am facing same problem

  4. I was using my water bottle as my magic button. As I kept practicing I was getting thirstier and thirstier but couldn't figure out where my damn water bottle was! Only realised when I was done practicing 🤦‍♂️I guess my brain and muscles can't work at the same time 🤷‍♂️

  5. Thanks a lot for this video, even years later it's usefull. I've completed my first muscle up yesterday after hours of training but I finally got it.

  6. My right hand bends but left hand doesn't bend while giving muscle up. It's hurting my shoulder and elbow joint

  7. Cara, assim que acabei de ver o vídeo eu fui direto pra academia e tentei realizá-lo, consegui de primeira!!! Obrigadoo!!

  8. Chriss sick video, always love watching your videos, they inspire me to make better content and to learn new skills!

  9. Please can you teach me how to double jump like crash bandicoot. Its a matter of life and death. Otherwise the mob is gonna kill me.

  10. 9 months ago I could do a single muscle up. With my strength regimen partly developed through Thenx vids (including lots of front lever progression and L-sit backs) and techniques in this video, I revisited the muscle ups today at the park and hit 5 sets of 5 reps. THANK YOU CHRIS!

  11. Wow tks for this lesson and tks danny for teach me my wrong way i have do but i havent see it, i spend a hole day to do this and success

  12. Great video man, but the music really makes it hard for me to enjoy it… Could you consider doing some videos without the music?

  13. That’s a cool tip. Can’t do pull ups yet but when I get to the muscle ups I’ll remember the technique…..what type of pull system would you recommend since I don’t have a gym at home.
    Thanks Chris!
