and training efforts by visiting my websites skiplacour.com, manformation.com, massmachinenutrition.com. And today I’m going to talk to you about bodybuilding. Posing is a very important part of the bodybuilding
and training process and the competition process. After you’ve done all your hard work in the
gym, and all of your dedication to your eating habits, posing is the presentation to the
judges that will show off all of what you’ve done in your contest preparation period. Here are the mandatory poses that each competitor
will have to do for the judges: Front Double Bicep; Front Lat Spread; Side Chest; Side
Tricep; Rear Double Bicep; Rear Lat Spread; Abdominal and Thigh; and, the Most Muscular
Pose. Everyone needs to do those poses, so you will
need to practice those when you enter a bodybuilding contest. Now, every show is divided into two different
parts. The mandatories are in one part, the ones
that I described, and then, you do a routine when you come in the top five in your contest,
where you can choose your own music, and come up with your own posing routine. And, during that posing routine, you can either
use a combination of those mandatory poses, or come up with your best poses that really
accentuate your strengths and camouflage your weaknesses. And for a bodybuilding contest, that’s how
you pose.

  8. You're right that abs are determined by what you eat but in reality, any healthy foods will do. There are no foods that will specifically help with your abs, albeit standard healthy foods like beans/rice/chicken.
