Squat to curtsy lunge. If you are unable
to put the weighted barbell over your head and have it rest on your back, you
are also more than welcome to use weighted dumbbells. Be sure that you are
keeping your chest and your head up as you would be doing a normal barbell
squat and you’re still driving through your heels. When you are ready to take
the weight from off of your back you can always hop up to help give momentum to
make it easier to remove the barbell.
