Muscle-Building Workout and Diet

Climbing stairs is a terrific way to provide
your entire lower body with a complete workout. But don’t bother looking around for a 20-story building to run up and down. You can get the same benefits at any Planet Fitness using our Stair Climber. You can use the footholds to climb onto the steps. You can also step onto them if you need a
quick break during your workout. To turn the machine on, press the green “Go” button. The display will count down from 3 to Start. You always have the option to press the red “Off” button to immediately stop the machine, in the event of an emergency. You can press the plus and minus buttons to increase or decrease your speed. It’s important to work your way up gradually until you find a speed that works for you. As with the other cardio machines, you also have the option of challenging yourself with pre-programmed workouts. These are a great option once you’ve gotten comfortable with the manual controls and are looking to add some variety to your workout. To display your heart rate information, grab the chrome sensors on the handles. Once you’re finished, you can press either
of the stop buttons. One is located on the console, and the other is located on the handle. You may want to decrease your speed more gradually using the arrow button.
